You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. vip87 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. vip87 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (after deducting any Bonus Funds that have not yet met rollover requirements) will be refunded via your registered withdrawal method within 10 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
